Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM PST are typically packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours. You will receive an automated email containing your carrier tracking link the moment the shipping label is scanned.
We want you to feel confident in the weight and hand-feel of our woolens. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unaltered garments with all tags attached.
Refunds are credited directly back to the original Stripe payment method within 3–5 business days after our workshop inspects the return.
Need a different chest or shoulder fit? We offer free domestic size exchanges with prepaid return shipping labels. Contact info@northweftknittingmills.shop with your order reference number to generate an exchange label.
A true worsted wool sweater should last decades. If a seam or knit rib gives way under normal use, ship it back to Portland. Our craftspeople will repair and re-link the knit at no charge.
