These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of garments and accessories from Northweft Knitting Mills LLC (“Northweft Knitting Mills”, “we”, “us”) through northweftknittingmills.shop. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before ordering. If you do not agree, do not place an order. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase.
We knit, bench-cut and assemble our heavyweight woolens, varsity jackets and heritage apparel in Portland, Oregon. Natural virgin wool, full-grain leathers and waxed cottons have natural grain variations, shade shifts and artisanal character. Minor variances in dye lot and hand-sewn stitching are hallmarks of authentic American mill production.
All prices are listed in US Dollars ($ USD). Prices do not include applicable sales tax or optional expedited shipping, which are calculated and displayed at checkout before you authorize payment. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors or adjust prices without prior notice.
When you click “Pay with Stripe” and complete checkout, you authorize our payment processor, Stripe, to charge the total amount to your selected payment method. An order confirmation screen and receipt email signify receipt of your order request; contract fulfillment occurs upon dispatch.
Orders of $150 or more qualify for complimentary standard domestic US shipping. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS).
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed garments with original tags intact within 30 days of delivery. Review our Shipping and Returns page for complete instructions.
We stand behind our 4-end knit construction. If any knit seam or structural stitch gives way over years of wear, our Portland studio will repair it free of charge. See our Warranty policy.
You agree not to use the store for fraudulent purchases, scrape product photography without permission, or interfere with site security.
All logos, photography, garment descriptions and page layouts on northweftknittingmills.shop are the property of Northweft Knitting Mills LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northweft Knitting Mills LLC is not liable for indirect, punitive or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific garment giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
